BT Total Broadband gives you consistently fast broadband speeds up to 20Mb – even at peak times.† It automatically give you the fastest broadband speed your phone line can physically support, up to a maximum of 20Mb (or 20 megabits per second).
The only exceptions are people who live a long way from their telephone exchange, and those on a small number of very remote rural exchanges which are not being upgraded. We expect over 90% of customers to have a MINIMUM speed of 2Mb.
